We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to focus on the development of the Library & Commercial Accounts team as Head of the department.
The successful candidate will lead the team of 4 and will be based at Charing Cross Road.
Main responsibilities of the position:
As an ideal candidate you will be an entrepreneurial sales-focused leader, a confident decision maker with great team building skills. You will be well-organised and efficient, with the ability to focus on goals.
You will also be client-focused with a good customer service ethic and a proven ability to interact with clients at all levels. You must also have an eye for detail, a good telephone manner and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Word and Excel and experience in account management or high value customer care are required.
Experience in a purchasing or buying role is desirable.
Knowledge of Booksolve would be a distinct advantage.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.30. This contract will run for 12 months in the first instance.
